Who will be answering my questions?

Unlike many law firms, at Claggett & Associates, you will be speaking with an attorney. Your initial consultation will always be with an attorney. Any questions needed to be answered by an attorney will be answered by an attorney. We understand how difficult and confusing this process can be, which is why our attorneys and staff are uncommonly dedicated to making you as comfortable as possible. If, at any time, you would like to have a conference with an attorney, we would be delighted to schedule one. We believe it’s of utmost importance that every client keeps an open line of communication with the attorney so that we’re up-to-date on all medical treatments and case progress.
